DAY 1
INTRO ADVENTURE DAY & PADRON RIVER!
(Meeting point – 10 am BP Laguna Village, Estepona)
Introduction / Set the Vision / Safety Discussion
Activities: River Hike & Swim / Tree Climb Adventure / Archery / Team Building, Sport & Nature Games
Yoga & Guided Visualization Exercises
DAY 2
ROMAN BATHS & UTRERA CAVE VISIT
(Meeting point – 10 am Shell Gasolinera, West Estepona)
Today we hike and explore this exciting canyon & cave and swim in the ancient Roman Bath of Manilva.
Time permitting, we’ll do some survival challenges and scramble over rocks with our leaders!
We’ll be taking our snack into the canyon today.
Bring: swimsuit, sun protection, a small backpack & shoes for walking in the canyon.

DAY 3
CANYON RIVER ADVENTURE!
(Meeting point – 10 am BP Laguna Village, Estepona)
Transfer 15 minutes to the Nutrias Canyon (Castor River).
Here we enjoy swimming, scrambling and enjoying the clean water pools of this amazing mini-canyon.
Opportunities for rock climbing are offered too!
Snack and drinks are carried into the canyon today as part of the experience.
Bring: swimsuit, sun protection, a small backpack & shoes (not flip flops) for walking in water required.
DAY 4
BEACH WATER SPORTS & GAMES!
(Meeting point – 10 am Shell Gasolinera, West Estepona)
Full session at Bahia de Casares Beach this morning where we’ll experience paddle boarding, kayak, surf-style fun and if conditions are good, some power kites and snorkelling around a rocky reef too!
We’ll also have some fun Adventurebug Beach Olympics Games.
Our snack will be enjoyed in the shade on the beach.
DAY 5
CREATIVITY WORKSHOP DAY!
(Meeting point – 10 am BP Laguna Village, Estepona)
Today at the Adventurebug base, we focus on a Creativity Workshop Day (Music, Visual Arts & Cookery).
We arrange various introductions and sessions for the participants to experience all these fun, expressive and inclusive art-based activities.
Plenty of time for active games and fun socializing too!
