Overview
Proformance Football Academy's After-School Programme runs on Monday (Estadio Antonio Naranjo), Wednesday (Laude San Pedro), and Friday (Estadio Antonio Naranjo) evenings in San Pedro. Local youth players train alongside academy squad players in a structured, high-intensity environment built around the YRDS methodology, developed by ex-pro Yuri Ruh dos Santos.
Sessions combine technical work with the ball (receiving under pressure, progressive passing, striking, first-touch control) with tactical development: spatial awareness, positional play, pressing triggers, defensive shape, and game-realistic decision-making. Every session is periodised and pro-level.
