Overview

Art Classes for Children Aged 9–12

  • At this stage, children begin to work more consciously and precisely, so the classes focus on teaching specific techniques — especially drawing and color theory.

  • Larger formats and long-term projects are introduced, helping students develop patience and a deeper creative process, while moving away from the need for immediate results.

  • Although classes take place in groups, the approach is individual — each child receives personal guidance throughout their creative journey and is supported in overcoming any challenges that arise.

  • Classes are led by professional, practicing artists, who understand the emotional ups and downs that come with learning and creating.

  • Children are encouraged to grow at their own pace and in line with their personal goals — whether they want to:

    • develop their artistic skills,

    • prepare for entry into an art-focused school,

    • relax and unwind,

    • or express their emotions through art.

More details

From ages 9 to 12 we begin to work in a more specific way, placing greater emphasis on teaching each technique individually, and above all drawing and color. The size of the works is increased, and the pieces are created over a longer period of time, which promotes the development of patience and deeper learning, avoiding immediacy. Although we organize our classes in groups, the instruction is individual in nature, so that each person receives one-on-one attention and is guided through the entire creative process to overcome emerging challenges. It is important to emphasize that all our teachers are practicing artists, so we understand all the emotions that students experience during learning. Therefore we show them empathy at every step and accompany and help them on their way to achieving their goal — whether it is to become an artist, prepare to enter a higher level of education, relax, channel emotions, etc. TO SEE ALL THE TECHNIQUES THAT WE TEACH, YOU CAN CLICK THE ICON BELOW
