Overview
Club Taekwon-Do TKDPRO offers ITF Taekwon-Do classes from age 4 at Narbona Gym, Fuengirola. The program is open to beginners and experienced students, with training adapted to different levels. 🥋
During classes, dynamic kicking techniques, Taekwon-Do movements, flexibility and self-defense are practiced. Participants develop physical abilities and learn values emphasized by the club.
