Overview
Tomas Karlsson Tennis Academy offers competition and high-performance training for junior players in Mijas Costa, near Fuengirola. The program is aimed at young people who wish to train with a high-competition dynamic and improve their on-court performance. 🎾🏆
During the training sessions, players:
- learn warm-up and stretching routines;
- work on physical and mental preparation to compete;
- develop game tactics;
- strengthen personal and sporting motivation;
- practice through matches and competitive situations. 💪🧠
Federated players interested in competing can request accompaniment and transportation to tournaments for an additional cost. Access to the high-competition level requires an aptitude test and spaces are limited.
