Overview
Narbona Gym offers MMA classes for children aged 7 and up in Las Lagunas de Mijas. The sessions introduce students to mixed martial arts, which combine techniques from boxing, muay thai, jiu-jitsu and wrestling, with striking, grappling and physical conditioning work. 🥊🤼
During the classes, children can develop:
- discipline and confidence;
- fitness and conditioning;
- striking and grappling techniques typical of MMA;
- progression adapted to different levels. 💪
The first class is free. The specific schedule for the children's group must be confirmed directly with Narbona Gym.
