Overview
Mommy & Me Dance Morning
Dance and music are not only beneficial for babies but also for mothers.
Music and movement help regulate the nervous system, and dancing together — regardless of the child’s age — creates lasting memories for everyone.
During the session, participants will move freely, following the flow of the music and their children — with no pressure, no expectations, just joy.
