Today, his name lives on through the park, inspiring new generations to ride, practice, and believe that big dreams can start locally.

Building one of Spain’s best skateparks

Thanks to Rubén’s dedication and collaboration with the city, the Skatepark Málaga “Rubén Alcántara” was born. This skatepark isn’t just a small concrete area — it’s a huge space with ramps, bowls, dirt jumps, halfpipes, and street sections where riders of all skill levels can enjoy their sport.

The Rubén Alcántara park has:

• 🛴 street and plaza areas with rails, stairs, and ledges
• 🚲 dirt sections for BMX riders
