AcroKids

Overview

Balance Benalmádena organizes AcroKids in its center at the Nueva Torrequebrada Shopping Center, in Benalmádena. These are acrobatics classes for children aged 6 to 12, designed to develop strength, flexibility and coordination in a safe and supportive environment. 🤸

During the classes, children practice skills adapted to their level:

• 🤸 Somersaults, cartwheels, bridges and progressions toward more advanced skills.
• 💪 Balance, strength and flexibility exercises.
• 🙌 Coordination, confidence, discipline, concentration and teamwork.
• ✨ Beginner groups for those still learning the basics and Intermediate for those who already master the somersault, the cartwheel and the bridge.

The program uses mats and appropriate spotting techniques. New students first take a free trial class and spots are limited.
