Beginner Rhythmic Gymnastics in Arroyo de la Miel

Overview

🎀 The Benalrítmica Sports Club organizes these introductory rhythmic gymnastics classes in Multipurpose Room 2 of the Arroyo de la Miel Municipal Sports Center. Groups are organized by year of birth.

Rhythmic gymnastics combines elements of ballet, gymnastics, and dance with the use of different apparatus. During classes, girls and boys work on:

• 🤸 basic elements of rhythmic gymnastics;
• 🩰 movement inspired by ballet and dance;
• ⭕ handling of different apparatus;
• 🎵 coordination and musical interpretation.

📍 There are groups on Mondays and Wednesdays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, and Fridays. Availability varies depending on the schedule.
