Junior Fitness

Overview

💪 Palacio de Deportes Benalmádena offers Cross Junior for boys and girls aged 10 to 14 during the 2026/2027 school year. The activity begins on October 1 and takes place on Mondays and Wednesdays at 17:00.

The sessions offer physical work in a fun way to develop:

• 🤸 different psychomotor skills;
• 🏃 a general improvement of physical fitness;
• 💪 muscular endurance;
• 🏋️ strength adapted to the activity.

📍 Classes take place at the Palacio de Deportes Benalmádena. The finishing time must be confirmed at reception.
