Functional Training for Kids

Overview

🏃 FullFit organizes functional training classes for children at Holiday World Sports Centre in Benalmádena Costa. The sessions are adapted to the level and abilities of each participant.

During the classes, children work through fun exercises and activities:

• 🤸 coordination and agility;
• 🎯 precision and balance;
• 💪 motor skills and physical fitness;
• 😊 confidence, perseverance, and personal growth.

The goal is for each child to stay active, enjoy movement, and notice their progress little by little in a motivating environment.
