Kickboxing for Kids

Overview

Epic Gym Benalmádena offers Kickboxing Kids classes at its Benalmádena Costa center. The activity is available for children from 6 years old and is part of the gym's class schedule.

Kickboxing combines boxing techniques with martial arts kicks. In the classes, children practice this combat discipline in a program adapted to a young audience.
