I Mini del Guado is a nonprofit association based in La Cala de Mijas dedicated to caring for and promoting the unique American miniature horses and donkeys — gentle, intelligent animals with a remarkable sensitivity toward humans.
The organisation protects these mini equines and shares their therapeutic benefits by offering guided visits, peaceful animal encounters and emotional-wellbeing activities for adults, children and families. 

At their natural family farm, visitors can connect with the minis through calm, close-up experiences that inspire comfort, confidence and joy. The association also brings the animals to hospitals, care homes and community centres to spread calm, companionship and smiles.
